We are a Belgian company that started the "Ilumnia" project back in 2010. The name Ilumnia is derived from the Latin "Illuminare," which means "to shed light on" or "to illuminate," which is precisely what our loudspeakers do. They shed new light on music in a way you've never heard before. With more detail, transparency, and lightness, leading to the most natural sound your ears have ever heard. In today's modern age, everything is designed to be cost-effective. Ilumnia Magister was not. It was designed with endless patience and perseverance. We re-engineered modern speaker technology from the ground up to surpass any other commercial speaker available today. After three years of extensive development, the musical performance of our LEMS speaker prototype became so compelling that it would have been a shame to hide it from music enthusiasts around the world. We decided to commercialize this new technology and spent four years finalizing the new speaker. Our secret lies in our patented and unique floating membrane speaker with electromagnetic suspension - the first of its kind in the world! The journey from the first prototype to the final result was more challenging than we could ever have imagined at the time.
